Frequently Asked Questions

The commission (which varies by transaction amount: 3% for ₦0-₦50k, ₦2,200 flat for ₦50k-₦100k, or 5% for amounts above ₦100k) is automatically deducted when the buyer confirms receipt of the product and the funds are released from escrow to your wallet.
Can I cancel my premium subscription?
Yes! You can cancel your premium subscription at any time from your settings page. You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
Standard bank transfer fees apply when withdrawing funds from your wallet to your bank account. This fee varies by bank and is charged by your financial institution, not by UniSyncT.
How does the tiered commission structure work?
Our commission varies based on the transaction amount to ensure fairness for both small and large transactions:
- Tier 1 (3%): For products priced ₦0 - ₦50,000. Best for everyday items like textbooks and accessories.
- Tier 2 (₦2,200 flat): For products priced ₦50,001 - ₦100,000. A predictable flat fee for medium-value items.
- Tier 3 (5%): For products priced above ₦100,000. For high-value electronics and premium items.
Is listing products free?
Yes! Listing products on UniSyncT is completely free. You only pay commission when your product sells.
